The best way to get started is by submitting a Quote Request through the Inquiry tab. Please include as much information as possible and your desired pickup date. You can expect an email response within 24 hours to discuss your order and provide a quote. What if I'm not sure what design I want?No problem! If you don't have a specific custom cake in mind, you can browse our Online Shop and choose from a selection of pre-designed cakes. These cakes make ordering simple while giving you a beautiful, handcrafted cake for your celebration.How much notice do you need?All orders require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the requested pickup time. Eleven Eleven Cakes is an at-home bakery, and everything is freshly made to order. Availability is limited and not guaranteed, so placing your order as early as possible is always recommended. Do you have same-day pickup?No. We're an at-home, made-to-order bakery. Our cakes are not kept pre-made or ready for walk-in purchase.

If you need to change your pickup date, cake design, size, flavor, or other order details, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges. Major design changes requested close to your event date may not be possible due to materials already purchased or work already completed.

Finalizing Payment

When Is Payment required? For cakes purchased through the Online Shop, payment is required in full at the time your order is placed. For custom cake orders, payment must be made in full at least one week before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Full payment by this deadline is required to secure and confirm your order.Please note that submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not guarantee your date.

Delivery

Delivery is available for an additional fee and can be arranged in advance with your order. What is your delivery fee?For deliveries within a 10-mile radius is a flat rate of $50. For locations outside of the 10-mile radius, delivery starts at $65, plus $2 per additional mile round trip. Should I get my cake delivered?Professional delivery is highly recommended for wedding cakes and large tiers to help ensure your cake arrives safely, is handled properly, and maintains its quality and presentation for your event. When should I pay the delivery fee?All fees must be paid in advance before the event. Delivery arrangements are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Please provide the complete venue or delivery address when requesting your quote so an accurate fee can be calculated.

Pickup

Accepted Answer

Customers are responsible for picking up their cake on the agreed-upon date and time. Please ensure you arrive on time, as cakes are prepared specifically for your scheduled pickup. When picking up your cake: Leave it on a flat, level space in your vehicle (such as the passenger seat floor or trunk) Air conditioning is recommended, especially in the warmer months. Drive carefully and avoid sudden stops to protect your cake during transport. Once the cake has been picked up, responsibility for safe transport and storage transfers to the customer. If you are running late or experience an unexpected issue, please contact me as soon as possible so alternative arrangements can be discussed.
