I’m Lexington Russo, a Nolensville resident whose passion for art naturally evolved into the world of custom cake design. Before I began decorating cakes, I was an artist, and that artistic foundation continues to influence every creation. Each cake is thoughtfully designed as a one-of-a-kind centerpiece, combining creativity, precision, and craftsmanship.

 

My professional journey began at HomeStyle Bakery in Antioch, where I developed the skills and experience that transformed my passion into a career. Today, I specialize in creating fully custom cakes for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, corporate events, and every celebration in between. Whether you have a detailed vision or just an idea, I love bringing it to life through cake.

 

The inspiration behind Eleven Eleven Artisan Cakes extends beyond baking. After my husband and I welcomed our daughter Oakleigh, I was inspired to build a business that would allow me to balance motherhood with my passion for creating. Opening my home-based cake studio has allowed me to provide exceptional custom cakes while being present for the moments that matter most.

 

At Eleven Eleven Artisan Cakes, every cake is made with meticulous attention to detail. My goal is to create desserts that are not only beautiful but memorable and delicious.
